PROCEDURE FOR APPLYING

Types of Student Visas And Applying Procedure:

"Short Term Student Visa"

  1. 6 months - for any short course (including English language courses), or short period of research,And the age should be 18 years.
  2. 11 months - if you’re 18 or over and taking an English language course

"Tier 4 (Child) student visa"

  • Long Duration Of Academic Courses
  • Age should be 4 to 17 years

Fee:

It costs £335 to apply for a Tier 4 (Child) student visa.

"Tier 4 (General) Student Visa"

  • It can be applied at the age of 16 and over
  • It offers graduate and undergraduate courses.

Student who have registered himself/herself in Particular University For Abroad Studies wait for the Acceptance letter.When the letter is received its mean he/she is eligible to go to United Kingdom For Studies.
After that you must Contact the Admission Center of University and get the application form and then fulfill all the Requirements as mentioned in the Application form.
Send this form along with Paid fees to British Embassy for Approval.
Once the application is approved then Student is Ready to get Student Visa for Uk. 

The processing Time of VISA is 15 to 20 Days

"Special requirements while filling application form"

  • Conduction of an English Language test for students applying TIER 4 GENERAL STUDENT VISA.
  • Full documents showing qualification and financial status.
  • Attending an interview and biometric test.
  • Having certain vaccination test if one is suffering from tuberculosis, high risk are and chest x-ray.

"Documents Required"

  1. Original CNIC card of an applicant along with its copy attested.
  2. Banks statement of Last 28 Days on personal name of student with bank manager’s letter. Copy of Submitted High Commission Fee of the UK Embassy.
  3. Passport is that is valid at least for 6 months.
  4. Matric and intermediate certificated certified from concerned board and authority and attested by IBCC and Foreign Affair officers.
  5. Call letter and acceptance letter from the university or college.
  6. English Proficiency certificate.
  7. 4 passport size photographs recently taken with white background.
  8. Graduation and Master Degree certificates are also certified and attested from IBCC and Foreign Affair Officers.
  9. Original documents along with set of copies of all educational certificates and these documents should be attested from HEC, BISE.
  10. Original IELTS/TOFEL or relevant score report.
  11. TB screening reports of the candidates.

  • A public funded institution of further or higher education i.e a university.
  • A private education institution.
  • An independent fee paying school.

  • A recognized full time degree course.
  • A weekly full time course involving at least 15 hours organized day time study per week.
  • A full time course of study at an independent fee paying school.
